Michele has spent her entire professional career in training and program development, almost 15 years of which have been in the nonprofit sector. Her experience with nonprofit capacity building covers the spectrum: mission delivery, strategic planning, board training and volunteer management, as well as public relations, community outreach, fundraising and the creation of strategic corporate partnerships.
