Given the current economic climate partnerships and community engagement have become, and will continue to be, critical components to ensure the success of Texas youth. Education partnerships bring many benefits to stakeholders, such as: direct financial support; identification of operational efficiencies and improvements in academic, social, and postsecondary outcomes for youth. However, many organizations still struggle to establish sustainable, effective collaborations. TAPE’s annual conference provides partnership training and shares best-practice models for the development of exemplary education partnerships.
We are pleased to announce that we will hold our next conference in conjunction with the Texas Association of School Administrators, during their Midwinter Conference. The combined attendance for these conferences is expected to be over 4,000 people and will include school administrative personnel, educators, Chamber of Commerce leaders, business and community leaders and school PTA/PTO Presidents.
