Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at the TAPE office by the close of business on or before January 15, 2010.  A $25 administrative fee, per registrant, will be deducted from any refund issued.   Refunds will not be issued after January 15, 2010; however, substitutions and name changes may be made.
